About the role
Youll play a key role in making sure our systems and processes are aligned across KP Snacks and DHL, helping us maintain accurate inventory and smooth operations. From training new starters to improving how we manage stock and customer claims, youll be the go-to person for making sure everything runs like clockwork. Youll work closely with teams across our sites, Order Management and DHL to keep things flowing and spot opportunities to do things better.

What will you be doing?
* Creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures and training guides for inventory processes, ensuring consistency across teams and systems
* Delivering system training for new starters in the KP Order Management team, helping them build confidence and capability from day one
* Working with KP site Super Users to monitor system usage, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in JDE and Autostore processes
* Collaborating with DHL and KP teams to ensure smooth order flow, resolve operational issues and improve alignment between systems and warehouse operations
* Leading monthly reviews with Credit Control to analyse trends in customer claims, escalating root causes and working with Commercial and Finance to drive resolution

* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, systems and interfaces including ERP platforms like JDE and Autostore
* Experience in inventory management and process improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex problems clearly and build strong relationships across teams
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders to drive change and embed best practice
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity, system accuracy and operational efficiency
