We’re now recruiting dedicated, compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our professional Care Assistant Team.
Care Assistant Pay & Benefits:
* £15.40 per hour + 30p per mile mileage
* Uniform & PPE provided
* Supportive office & care assistant team
* Regular well‑being meetings and additional support for your well‑being when you need it
As a Care Assistant, you will provide personalised, one-to-one home care support to our customers in Cambridge and surrounding villages.
Duties include:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
* Domiciliary care visits in customers’ own homes
* Supporting medication administration and care routines
* Preparing meals and supporting nutrition
* Promoting independence, dignity and choice
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Following detailed care plans and risk assessments

* Full UK driving licence
* Your own vehicle for work
* Availability to work alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
* Availability between 07:00 and 22:00
* Right to work in the UK
* A genuine passion for caring for others
Care experience is beneficial but not essential – we provide full Care Assistant training.
