As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heart of
our operation—leading the front-of-house team, overseeing daily service, and
ensuring every guest experience The Albyn at its finest.
Key
Responsibilities:
* Lead, train, and motivate a passionate FOH
team
* Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional
customer service
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness,
safety, and hospitality
* Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to
maintain consistency
* Foster a positive, inclusive work environment
What
We’re Looking For:
* Excellent customer service skills as we
believe in leading by example
* 2+ years of experience in a restaurant
management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Hands-on approach and calm under pressure
* Passion for great food, drinks, and
hospitality
* Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling, and
software
