Pharmacy Dispenser - Must Be NVQ Level 2

Apply Save We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pharmacy Dispenser (NVQ Level 2) to join our team as part of an exciting pharmacy rebrand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing pharmacy with ambition. The branch is currently dispensing around 2,000 items per month, with a clear goal to increase this to 7,000 items per month as quickly as possible.
The Role
1. Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
2. Supporting the pharmacist with day-to-day pharmacy operations
3. Providing excellent customer and patient service
4. Assisting with stock control and ordering
5. Supporting and promoting pharmacy services
6. Playing an active role in the growth and development of the pharmacy
About You
7. NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (essential)
8. Previous community pharmacy experience
9. Confident, proactive, and organised
10. Strong communication and teamwork skills
11. Experience with additional pharmacy services ( services, vaccinations support, NMS, CPCS) is a bonus
Career Progression
This role could suit an experienced dispenser looking to step up, with potential for increased responsibility and progression - possibly into a Pharmacy Manager-type role for the right candidate.
