Customer Relationship Management Manager
This role is for an experienced CRM lead at a tech scale-up focused on building meaningful connections with customers by producing meaningful moments. You will own the development and delivery of CRM strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end CRM strategy, communications plan, and calendarised CRM content.
* Elevate creative and messaging in all CRM campaigns to tell persuasive stories and inspire customers to engage.
* Manage and optimise the cross-functional production process with in-house creative, copywriting, data and product teams.
* Define clear goals and KPIs for each campaign, with a high-frequency test-and-learn approach across all CRM channels.
* Monitor performance and provide insightful reporting to continually improve engagement and conversion from calendarised CRM campaigns.
Qualifications/Experience
You will come from a D2C background (ideally app-based or ecommerce) with deep knowledge of CRM best practice and strong storytelling ability.
Location and Schedule
The role is based 3 days per week in their central London office.
