Vehicle Paint Sprayer needed in Stratford-Upon-Avon
1. Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 per annum
2. Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
3. Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is seeking an experienced Painter with IMI Senior Technician qualification preferred, to work on high-quality campervan conversions and specialist vehicle refurbishments. This role is ideal for a skilled professional passionate about delivering flawless paint finishes.
Key Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer:
4. Prepare and paint campervans and specialist vehicles to the highest standards
5. Mix and match paint to achieve consistent, professional finishes
6. Work closely with prep and workshop teams to maintain smooth workflow
7. Maintain all equipment, tools, and workspace to a high standard
8. Ensure compliance with manufacturer and industry safety and quality standards
Requirements needed for the Paint Sprayer role:
9. Minimum 3 years’ experience as an automotive or specialist vehicle painter
10. IMI Senior Technician qualification preferred
11. Strong technical ability and attention to detail
12. Experience working with large panels and high-value vehicles
13. Reliable, motivated, and a good team player
