Office Manager – Construction – Part Time
Redhill, Surrey
3 – 4 HOURS A DAY
£17 per hour or negotiable salary
Role Responsibilities
* Create new employment contracts, job descriptions, for new starters & job postings
* Coordinate with colleagues for payroll of new starter and request relevant information from new starters
* Maintain & track training
* Manage a filing system, ensuring clear organisation
* Manage schedules, meetings, & calendars
* Provide relevant paperwork for any client or site meetings
* Liaise with clients & architects in the boss’ absence
* Store & save insurance documentation
* Arrange PAT testing, MOT’s & repairs, and LOLER & PLUWER inspections in a well-coordinated, timely manner
* Ensure correct suppliers use the correct vehicles
* Update & manage the company website, regularly updating with new job pictures
* Listen to & triage voice mails
* Create cost summaries of jobs
* Update time sheet tracker
* Maintain a clean & tidy office
