The Role: As an Installation Sales Advisor, you'll act as a key liaison between the customer and on-site teams, managing installation enquiries from initial contact to job completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to incoming calls and digital enquiries related to installation
Understanding customer needs and converting enquiries into confirmed installation sales
Planning and booking installation jobs, including logistics coordination and scheduling
Managing and communicating with fitting teams and internal departments
Conducting on-site surveys and taking accurate measurements (UK driving license required)
Maintaining high standards of customer service, managing a high volume of calls and emails
Proactively identifying and following up on business opportunities
Providing daily reports to management, including costings and profit tracking
What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a sales or account management role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Commercially savvy with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Comfortable working to KPIs and sales targets
Full UK driving license (essential)
