Administrator – Hull HU13 – £27.5k A permanent position for an organised and efficient administrator to provide full support in both service and depot admin activities with accuracy. As the administrator, you will be responsible for: Acting as the first point of contact for employee admin or operational issues. Keeping engineer, driver and customer records up to date and communicating via phone and email. Supporting with timesheet completion, training records, KPIs and new starter documentation. Supporting payroll by updating timecards, submitting reports and recording changes. Tracking holidays and absences, handling related queries. Have excellent telephone manner with a first-class approach to customer service. Have strong interpersonal, organisation, motivational and communication skills. Ideally have experience in transport admin and with the Kerridge system, but this is not essential.
