The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and qualified Occupational Therapist to join their on:site therapy team. You will support young adults with highly complex needs, contributing to sensory, motor and functional development to enhance access to learning. Working closely with educators, families, and multi:disciplinary partners, you will design and deliver individualised therapy programmes to ensure students make exceptional progress.
Responsibilities
* Provide therapy services in educational settings.
* Develop and deliver individualised therapy programmes.
* Collaborate with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams.
* Support sensory, motor and functional development to enhance learning access.
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years experience within a specialist school or college environment supporting individuals with PMLD, SLD and autism.
* Strong understanding of sensory and physical needs in young adults.
* Leadership and service development experience is advantageous.
* Proven experience providing therapy in educational settings.
* Passion for supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
