Navantia UK is a UK incorporated company, subsidiary of Spanish Navantia, created to work with UK industrial partners in shipbuilding, defence and in offshore wind energy. Job Description
* Research e-learning tools and platforms suitable for internal staff training (e.g., office staff, engineers, and tradespeople)
* Develop a short feasibility report outlining options, costs, and recommendations
* Work alongside the L&D team to understand the content of current face-to-face sessions
* Create a prototype or draft digital learning module for one key topic area
* Present findings and draft outputs to stakeholders at the end of the placement
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to applicants from a range of backgrounds, including:
* Students or recent graduates in instructional design, digital media, education, HR, communications, or a related field
* Strong interest in digital learning, education technology, or user experience
* Confident using digital tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, video editing, or similar software)
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Curiosity and a willingness to learn—we don’t expect you to know everything already
