Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and be ready to contribute to various construction projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
* Assist in the preparation and cleaning of construction sites, ensuring all areas are safe and tidy.
* Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials as required.
* Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
* Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance as needed.
* Follow instructions from site supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Participate in site meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Valid CSCS card is essential for this role.
* Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site.
