Salary: £50,000-£70,000

About the Role
Join a respected regional law firm with offices across Yorkshire as a Commercial Property Solicitor. You'll manage a broad and stimulating caseload of commercial property work with excellent support, clear development prospects, and access to a diverse client base.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality property matters in a modern, flexible working environment with a progressive, tech-enabled approach to legal service delivery.
Your caseload will include:
* Freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals (shops, offices, industrial units, land)
* Negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Corporate support and development-related transactions
* Optional experience in property finance, overage provisions, and option agreements
* Exposure to residential development sites and financing (advantageous)
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Qualified solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in commercial property (PQE band flexible for right candidate)
* Can run files independently but enjoy collaborative teamwork
* Strong client communication and negotiation skills
* Confident working in a largely paperless, tech-forward environment
* Proactive in networking and business development activity
Desirable:
* Experience in property finance, overage provisions, and option agreements
* Exposure to residential development sites and financing
What's On Offer
