About Our Client
Our client, a well-known and growing business based in Crawley, is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their Admin & Secretarial team.
Job Description
Business Support Administrator - Crawley
* Assist the sales team with answering internal and external queries.
* Manage all office administration tasks, including record keeping of information related to customers, suppliers, staff, etc.
* Support processing of orders from customers and handover to the Delivery team.
* Ensure all outstanding orders are delivered and invoiced at the end of each month, and follow up as necessary.
* Maintain company information systems with personnel, financial, and other data.
* Perform general housekeeping responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the office.
* Assist with scheduling and organising meetings and events, taking minutes, and making travel and accommodation bookings.
* Manage visitors to the UK office.
* Support the coordination of business events.
* Propose and implement office and business improvement ideas.
* Assist the Business Unit Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant will have some experience with the above and ideally be available on short notice.
What's on Offer
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Hybrid work arrangement.
