Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Cross, Kenilworth in the UK. This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience while upholding our high standards of service and culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.
* Manage and lead the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment.
* Implement and maintain food safety standards in accordance with regulations.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
* Develop and manage budgets, including inventory control and cost management.
* Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus that reflect our commitment to quality.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the fine dining sector.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
