What will you do?
* Manage a care, capacity & court of protection caseload of vulnerable clients
* Advise clients & their families on mental capacity law, lasting powers of attorney & deputyship applications
* Represent your clients in Court of Protection proceedings
* Manage health & welfare, finances & safeguarding

What will you need?
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
* Care & capacity experience - inc Court of Protection
