Salary starting from £18,614 (Aged 16) or £25,721 (Aged 18+) with guaranteed increases provided in line with service length, 22.5 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with service, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates
Permanent, Full time

Role will involve some travel around local Workshops including Corby, Derby, Northampton, Rugby and Worcester.



Are you highly organised, proactive, and great at supporting busy operational teams? We’re looking for a Fleet Services Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Workshop Manager and the wider Fleet & Maintenance Services function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and structured processes while helping a team deliver consistently high standards.



About the Role


You will play a key part in the smooth running of the workshop by managing administrative tasks, updating systems, preparing data, and supporting daily, weekly and monthly workflow requirements. Your work will help ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant and efficiently managed.



Key Responsibilities

* Provide a full range of administrative support to the Workshop Manager and wider team.
* Manage inboxes, diaries and routine administrative workflows.
* Complete SAP and PSP administration accurately and on time.
* Input, check, verify and reconcile data across systems such as Excel, Word and M5.
* Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
* Extract and analyse data to support problem solving and operational decision-making.
* Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external customers.
* Ensure compliance with all Royal Mail Health & Safety procedures.




About You


You’re organised, reliable and confident handling a range of tasks. You enjoy working with data and systems, communicating clearly with colleagues, and supporting a busy operational environment. You can work independently within a framework and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.



What You’ll Bring

* Good IT skills, ideally including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and M5 (or willingness to learn).
* Strong organisation and time‑management abilities.
* Ability to work well in a team and use your own initiative.
* Confident communication skills, including telephone and email handling.
* Good numeracy and accuracy with data.
* Understanding of internal processes such as finance or procurement (desirable).
* Understanding of motor vehciles (desirable)
* Willingness to train in PSP and SAP if not already experienced.
