What’s involved?
The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in delivering a sustainable food philosophy alongside a highly experienced team, maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations
Assisting with ordering, stocktakes & waste management
Helping to develop and innovate new dishes
Supporting the creation of seasonal menus
Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld
Assisting in managing costs to maintain targeted GP
Adapting to clients’ needs and event requirements
Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
