This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same — you’ll be servicing and maintaining bespoke water treatment equipment at client sites, building strong relationships and providing expert support. With an expanding client base and ambitious growth plans, you’ll play a key role in delivering first-class engineering solutions across the UK and abroad.
Your Role as Field Service Engineer Will Include:

Servicing and maintaining water treatment systems (RO, deionisers, filters, softeners, effluent plants)
*
Providing remote technical support and troubleshooting
*
Completing installation and commissioning of plant (based on experience)
*
Writing up service reports and documentation
*
Acting as a trusted engineer and technical contact for customers
As a Field Service Engineer You Will Have:
*
A strong electro-mechanical engineering background (relevant qualifications preferred)
*
Experience in water treatment systems (advantageous but not essential)
*
Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
*
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away when required
*
Based in Bristol with the flexibility to travel
