GTM Global Enablement Lead

A high-growth enterprise SaaS organisation is seeking a Global GTM Enablement Lead to drive commercial excellence across its global customer-facing teams. Scope of Role
The Global GTM Enablement Lead will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for designing and executing enablement programmes that elevate the capability, performance, and consistency of all GTM functions.
This includes building frameworks, content, playbooks, onboarding journeys, and training initiatives that improve win rates, accelerate ramp time, and strengthen alignment across Sales, Customer Success, BDRs, Pre-Sales, Renewals, People, and L&D.
Key Responsibilities
As the Global GTM Enablement Lead, you will:
• Develop and implement a metrics-driven GTM enablement strategy aligned to global commercial OKRs
• Create enablement content including GTM playbooks, onboarding materials, product training, and content repositories
• Deliver programmes that enhance GTM skills, product knowledge, and functional alignment
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, GTM and Customer teams to ensure unified messaging, positioning, and methodology
• Implement and manage GTM enablement tools and technologies (CRM, call intelligence, sales engagement, forecasting platforms)
• Analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities and design targeted enablement interventions
• Build career progression frameworks for all core GTM roles
• Define and track KPIs that demonstrate the impact and ROI of enablement initiatives
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitive insights, and commercial best practices
Requirements
• 7+ years’ experience in GTM enablement, GTM operations, or similar roles within enterprise B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of developing successful enablement programmes that drive measurable improvements
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, Force Management)
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Experience with GTM technology stacks, such as Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Clari, or Sales Navigator
• Familiarity with integrating AI into GTM processes, training, and planning
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
