For candidates with CEng MICE, GIStructE qualification required/close to completion.LEED accreditation preferred.●Exhibitsinitiative,processinnovation,problemsolving,anddecisionqualitywithahighattention to precision and accuracy at aproject level.●Activelycollaboratesataprojectteamlevelbycriticallyandconstructivelyevaluatingideas.●Effectivelycommunicatesinternallythroughtimelyandappropriatewritten,oral,andvisualmeans.●Demonstratesgeneralknowledgeofsiteplanning,civil,structuralandmechanical,electrical engineering, and architectural practice.●Demonstratespracticalknowledgeofbuildingcodes.●PossessesadvancedknowledgeofcomputationalandFEMtoolsfordailyuseonprojectdesign.Proficient use of ETABS is required as a minimum.
