We are looking for aCustomer Service Executive for one of our clients in Waltham Cross,you would be assisting clients with delivering POS materials,fulfilling campaign orders, managing stock and maintaining theplatforms and support these services
You would becommunicating with clients by phone, e-mail, receiving orders andresolving customer enquires.Other duties including making calls andclient specific admin tasks are required.
Duties wouldinclude
* Stock rotation,regular dead stocking
* Reporting/monitoring
* Manage goods in and outissues
* Updating database
* Verifying Dataintegrity
* Maintain a deep knowledge ofclients
KeyResponsibilities
* Becomefamiliar with the client, their marketplace, campaigns andrequirements
* Invoicing of client accountswithin specified time frames
* On-boarding newstore openings into the business
* Identify andflag urgent and high profile orders andrequests
* Resolve queries, escalatingappropriately when required
* Support the teamwith knowledge and experience helping resolveissues
* Help colleagues manage theirworkloads
* Maintain the integrity ofprocesses
* Propose improvements to ways ofworking
* Ensure relevant client contractual SLAsand KPIs are met orexceeded
