Job Overview: They are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager in their Belfast Branch to oversee the daily operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving sales growth, and maintaining outstanding customer service standards.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including stock control, merchandising, and facility upkeep, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, grow the customer base, and strengthen Connexus UK's market presence.
Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, resolving issues effectively and ensuring all team members are trained to provide expert product knowledge.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor branch performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Implement cost-control measures to maximise profitability.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within the tools, equipment, or retail sector.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software applications for inventory management and sales analysis.
