I’m excited to be working with a fantastic client who are looking for a Sous Chef to join their dynamic culinary team at a leading sports and hospitality venue in the North West.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to take the next step in their career, working within a vibrant, supportive environment where quality, teamwork, and creativity are celebrated.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef to lead, motivate, and inspire the kitchen team. You’ll oversee food preparation, production, and service across multiple outlets, from restaurants and bars to hospitality and large-scale events.
You’ll also take full control in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring smooth operation and consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in managing and developing the kitchen team.

Oversee food storage, preparation, cooking, and service across all areas.

Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.

Take full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.

Assist with menu development and operational planning.

Foster a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.

About You
*
Minimum of five years’ experience as a Sous Chef.
*
Reliable, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional food.
*
Strong leadership and communication skills.
*
Experience working within professional kitchens with established SOPs and ordering systems
