This is a training programme with career placement and fees apply. If you are looking to progress a career in computer programming or web development, this training and placement programme is designed for individuals with none or limited experience who have a real desire to start a career. Entry is not open to experienced programmers. The programme can be completed at a pace that suits you and may take a few weeks or a few months, with study timings approximating a minimum of 5 hours per week. Training times can be reduced if you invest more time each week.

Stage 1 – Learn HTML and CSS (up to 12 weeks)
The first step involves completing a selection of professional, industry-recognised courses carefully chosen to maximise learning and employment outcomes.

You will be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-to-1 or in groups to provide additional training and support. After completing HTML & CSS, you will move to the next stage.
Stage 2 – Additional Online Training (up to 12 weeks)
Includes more advanced courses to prepare you for entry-level programming roles and help you gain a competitive edge.

* Learn JavaScript (1.5 weeks)

JavaScript forms the foundation of most web content; Python is a versatile language used across industry sectors.
Step 3 – Building a Portfolio Website Project (1 week)
Your tutor will guide you through exercises to build a personalised portfolio. A strong portfolio is essential for a programming career. Completion of optional but recommended further study courses is available for continued development.

Step 4 – Entry Level Coding Placement
We will assist you to secure an entry-level role in coding, programming, or web development. Entry-level roles typically start between £25K - £40k depending on prior knowledge or experience.
