Are you an experienced business professional with experience in school business management? A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Gainsborough for a dedicated School Business Manager (SBM) to join a dynamic team.
We are seeking an individual who can provide exceptional leadership and management for all non-teaching aspects of the school, managing finances and budgets, management of Premises Team and HR Support. This role is central to the school's continued success and will report directly to the Headteacher and Governors.
Essential Requirements
1. School based experience
2. Finance experience - budget responsibility and how to do all aspects of budget management
3. Understanding of H&S within a school and the role of SBM
4. Experience of managing a team
5. HR experience
6. Someone who is flexible with working hours (. sometimes starting a bit later to work later to support premises team development)
The Offer
7. Salary: Up to £39,000 (Full-Time Equivalent), dependent on experience.
8. Location: Gainsborough
9. Contract: Temporary.
10. Start Date: February 2026.
