We are currently seeking Support Workers who live in the Falkirk area and have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as the role involves travelling between service users' homes.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. You'll support individuals with a variety of daily living tasks, including:
* Personal care and hygiene
* Meal preparation and serving
* Medication prompts and administration
* Catheter care
* Companionship and emotional support

Shift Options
We offer a variety of working patterns to suit your availability and lifestyle:
* Pattern 1: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
o Full-Time: 7:00am-1:30pm & 3:30pm-9:30pm OR 7:00am - 2:00pm & 2:00 - 9:00
o Part-Time: Morning or Evening shifts only
* Pattern 2: 2-Week Rolling Rota
o Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
o Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
o Includes alternate weekends off
o Full-Time or Part-Time options available
* Bank/Relief Work: Flexible shifts available. Submit your availability monthly for ad-hoc hours.
Areas We Cover
You must live in or be able to travel within the following areas:
* Falkirk
* Braes
* Denny
* Grangemouth
* Bo'ness
Driving is essential for this role due to the travel involved between service users' homes. Mileage is reimbursed at 30p per mile.
