We support individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking Support Workers who live in the Falkirk area and have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as the role involves travelling between service users' homes.


About the Role


As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. You'll support individuals with a variety of daily living tasks, including:


* Personal care and hygiene

* Meal preparation and serving

* Medication prompts and administration

* Catheter care

* Companionship and emotional support


Every day is different, and you'll have the chance to build meaningful relationships while making a real impact in your community.


Shift Options


We offer a variety of working patterns to suit your availability and lifestyle:


* Pattern 1: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

o Full-Time: 7:00am-1:30pm & 3:30pm-9:30pm OR 7:00am - 2:00pm & 2:00 - 9:00

o Part-Time: Morning or Evening shifts only


* Pattern 2: 2-Week Rolling Rota

o Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

o Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

o Includes alternate weekends off

o Full-Time or Part-Time options available


* Bank/Relief Work: Flexible shifts available. Submit your availability monthly for ad-hoc hours.



Areas We Cover


You must live in or be able to travel within the following areas:


* Falkirk

* Braes

* Denny

* Grangemouth

* Bo'ness


Driving is essential for this role due to the travel involved between service users' homes. Mileage is reimbursed at 30p per mile.

PVG Requirement


This role is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. A PVG check will be required for successful applicants.
