We have an exciting opportunity for a NDT Technician to join our team. This role offers the chance to learn new skills and enhance existing ones. The ideal candidate will be accurate, diligent, resilient, and self-motivated.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Duties:
* Perform visual, magnetic, ultrasonic inspections, hardness testing, and thickness measurements.
* Work according to relevant procedures and specifications.
* Carry out and record validation checks regularly.
* Record, interpret, evaluate, and report inspection results.
* Report discrepancies when necessary.
* Work under observation by clients and inspection personnel.
* Provide on-the-job training to Level I personnel as required.
* Calibrate inspection equipment.
* Participate in technical meetings with clients or their representatives.
* Perform ad-hoc duties to support the operation of the facility.
* Provide NDT services to other parts of the Proclad Group as needed.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Candidates must be qualified to at least PCN Level II, with expertise in:
* Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
* Ultrasonic Testing (3.1 & 3.2 Weldments)
* Visual Inspection (VT)
Proficiency in using a desktop computer and Microsoft Office is required for documentation and validation tasks.

The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and a customer-focused approach. Good communication skills with clients, inspection authorities, and all organizational levels are essential.
