Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts. Process payments to external partners and manage supplier invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders. Organise and store financial documents in both digital and paper formats. Assist with month-end procedures, compliance, and reporting. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within required timeframes. Provide additional financial support as needed. Skills & Experience: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. ALevel 2 or 3 AAT qualification(preferred but not required). A proactive approach with an interest in career development within finance.
