The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping future data capabilities, defining strategic direction, and supporting scalable service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements elicitation in a strategic context, helping shape direction and reduce ambiguityEngage effectively with stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams, including technical and non-technical functionsTranslate business needs into clear data requirements, including:MeasuresDimensionsAttributesBusiness definitionsLogical data sourcing rulesDevelop business use cases to define capabilities required for a future-state data platformSupport the creation of a "North Star" vision for data within the programmeConduct options analysis in collaboration with Solution Architects and Product LeadsContribute to the design of data onboarding processes to support platform scalabilitySupport implementation of a data governance framework across the organisationAssist in evaluating and improving data quality and suitability for solutionEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong experience working as a Senior Business Analyst Proven experience in Big Data and/or Data Warehouse environmentsAbility to translate business requirements into data logic and structuresExperience producing business definitions and logical data sourcing rulesHands-on experience with data profiling and assessing data qualityUnderstanding of:Data platform architecturesData models and schemasData consumption and reporting toolsStrong stakeholder engagement skills across complex, multi-team environmentsExperience working in strategic or transformation settings
