Responsibilities
We\'re looking for an organised and proactive Key Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of reactive maintenance accounts. This is an office-based role where you\'ll play a vital part in keeping things running smoothly for clients and contractors alike.
* Scheduling reactive fabric repair works and, when needed, sourcing sub-contractors
* Making sure all jobs are scheduled on time and run efficiently
* Keeping clients updated on progress and ensuring portals are always up to date
* Managing subcontractors and service partners to maintain profitability and quality
* Moving jobs through the workflow from start to invoice (both internally and on client systems)
* Working closely with sales and management teams to improve processes and create best practices
* Running reports to ensure all reactive maintenance works are completed on time
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Experience in a similar role (ideally within reactive maintenance or services sector)
* Confident communicator with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and contractors
* A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
* Ability to build strong relationships across all levels
* Experience with job management/CAFM systems (Tradify, JobLogic, Concerto, Vantify, Proactis, Riskwise) would be a huge plus
Requirements
* GCSE (or equivalent) - A-level or above is a bonus but not essential
