What We’re Looking For:
6. Individuals with a passion for helping children succeed
7. Proactive, attentive, and able to take initiative
8. Experience in childcare or working with additional learning needs (ALN) preferred but not required
9. Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
10. A current DBS (or willingness to apply) and EWC registration
Role Details:
11. Location: Schools across Caldicot and nearby areas
12. Position: SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant
13. Type of Work: Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term positions
14. Start Date: ASAP
15. Contract Type: Temporary (potential for extensions)
16. Working Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (full day), or half-day sessions
