We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented professional to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Administrator. In this role, you will support our Sales Office Manager and help ensure seamless operations from order to delivery.
Duties
* Convert quotes into orders and issue acknowledgements promptly.
* Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to confirm accurate specifications.
* Proactively chase missing information from customers, end users, or sales reps.
* Keep all order details up to date and maintain accurate records.
* Work with customers and external agencies to prepare and approve signwriting layouts efficiently.
* Update customers on the progress of their orders and create weekly schedules as needed.
* Assist with customer visits and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
* Manage filing, archiving, and order documentation.
* Input quotes into our system when required.

8am 5pm Mon – Thurs / 8am 2.30pm Fri (40 hours per week)
