We are a small, friendly, and growing company looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can confidently support day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Loading and unloading goods using a forklift truck
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Assisting with stock control and inventory management
* Providing friendly and professional service when interacting with clients during deliveries
* Supporting and overseeing general warehouse operations as required
Requirements
* Valid forklift truck license (Training can be provided if needed)
* Full UK driving license (REQUIRED)
* Previous experience working in a warehouse, ideally in a supervisory role
* Good physical fitness — the role involves manual handling
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Solid understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
