This is a full time, temporary position with an initial contract period between 3-6 months. This position offers a hybrid working approach, with 2 days a week office based and 3 days working from home. The Service Charge Officer will be responsible for the accurate production of service charge statements, answering customer queries, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed promptly. Requirements
* Strong previous experience in an administrative role
* Previous experience within a Housing Association is desirable
* Able to plan and prioritise high volume workloads
* Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail, self-motivated
* Excellent IT skills, including using Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Word
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
