Construction Assurance Manager (Engineer / Agent / Construction Manager) – Major Infrastructure Project – Heavy Civils We are seeking a construction professional with experience in heavy civils, ideally gained with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor or subcontractor, to join the largest civil engineering project in the UK. This is a client-side role that supports NEC3 Project Managers and Senior Construction Assurance Managers. Your practical knowledge of civil engineering delivery will help assure constructability on site, using a risk-based and proactive approach, with a shift towards early intervention and ongoing project insight. This is a fully project-based role, covering multiple major civil sites, giving you weekly access to some of the most iconic and once-in-a-lifetime infrastructure projects in the UK. You may have gained your experience through: Starting on the tools and progressing into supervision or construction management. Technical engineering roles such as Site Engineer, Section Engineer, or Project Engineer. Commercial or inspection-based positions, including NEC Supervisor or Quantity Surveyor. You do not need Tier 1 experience. What matters is credible construction experience on complex civil engineering schemes particularly in earthworks, structures, bridges, or ground engineering, whether from a contractor or subcontractor.
