You will need:
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a kitchen environment
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene
* Background in hospitality and customer service
* Familiarity with food production processes and restaurant operations
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
You will be required to:
* Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
We open 5 days per week - Wednesday to Sunday - and you will be required to work 1 split shift and four straight: we don't serve lunch as it's just too much hassle Maximum 35 hours per week, 28 days holiday and contributory pension scheme.
