The Diocese of Leeds is seeking a dedicated People Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the HR needs of the Diocese, coaching managers, and developing a range of impactful HR-related projects. Your Role:
1. Deliver expert HR advice and support to staff, clergy, and parish representatives on various employment matters.
2. Coach and empower line managers to foster a positive employee relations environment.
3. Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
4. Lead and implement engaging HR projects aligned with the Diocese's annual service plan.
