Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting fee earners with the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
2. Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to provide updates and request information
4. Handling administrative tasks including file opening, ID checks, and maintaining accurate records
5. Ordering searches and reviewing documentation
6. Supporting with post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
7. Managing incoming calls and emails, ensuring a high level of client care at all times
Requirements
8. Previous experience working within a conveyancing or residential property team
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
11. High attention to detail and accuracy
12. A proactive and team-oriented approach
13. Familiarity with case management systems is advantageous
