Clients would include a famous retailer, a famous restaurant chain as well as established food and drink brands.
You must already be a PR SAE or an established AE ready to step up.

Planning & Programme Management
* Ensure you and your team provide the highest quality service for our clients, delivering error-free day to day work and regularly exceeding expectations
* Participate in the strategic development of campaigns, with the support of senior team
* Proactively seek opportunities to develop your strategic thinking
* Demonstrate creative flair in campaign development and execution
* Ensure that creative solutions are found to client problems
* Demonstrate an ability to convert audience an category knowledge into solid insights our clients can leverage strategically to build successful campaigns
Relationships
* Have strong, effective relationships with relevant day to day clients and be their go to point person for account updates and detail
* Build strong and effective relationships with clients rooted in trust and mutual respect
* Be seen by your clients as an effective operator, a strong cultural connector, and someone they can rely on to deliver their campaigns
Reporting
* Ensure you and your team are delivering all client reporting on time (daily, weekly, quarterly), error free and review these processes when necessary to evolve them to remain fit for purpose
* Contribute effectively to the development of KPIs when planning campaigns to ensure they are both meaningful and manageable
* Participate effectively in the analysis and evaluation of campaigns and use findings to inform future campaigns
Media relations
* Drive communication with the media, ensuring correct materials are being distributed and the wider team represent clients correctly
* Develop and implement thoughtful press office plans which flex your strong media connectivity and cultural nous
* Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the influencer landscape, and take responsibility for growing your awareness of latest trends
* Leverage this to build solid influencer strategy and tactics for your campaigns
* Demonstrate best-in class media contacts
* Proactively inspire a passion for growing media contacts
* Demonstrate an exceptional ability to convert top tier coverage on your campaigns
Influencer relations
* Drive communication with the media, ensuring correct materials are being distributed and the wider team represent clients correctly
Writing
* Ensure you and your team understand the client TOV and have taken the time to fully immerse themselves in the brand for brand appropriate error free work
* You’re able to flex your style to reflect the clients you work on
* You are able to produce an array of written documents in the right style, from one pager plans, to releases and agency op eds – you are able to adapt your output
Brainstorms
* Participate in and inspire creativity
* Help ideate strong creative ideas for clients
* Input ideas that the client buys and lead the execution end to end
Salary: up to £33k plus great benefits
