What Youll Be Doing
* Supporting withpersonal care and hygiene.
* Helping withshopping, cooking, and promoting healthy living.
* Assisting withdomestic tasksto maintain a clean and safe home.
* Supporting withmedication administration or prompting.
* Providingcompanionshipand reducing isolation through social outings, appointments, and errands.
* Supportingemotional wellbeing and relationships.
* Promotingindependence, recovery, and self-confidence.
* Maintainingaccurate care records.
* Followingindividual care plans and risk assessments.
* Always promotingsafety, dignity, and respect.
What Were Looking For
* Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
* Apositive, compassionate, and patientattitude.
* Aflexible and responsibleapproach to work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, butnot essential.
* Experience in care is helpful butnot essential we providefull training. If youre passionate, hard-working, and empathetic, youll fit right in.
