Position Overview
The IT Project Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating system integration projects between the car manufacturer’s internal IT platforms and external dealer systems. This role ensures seamless data flow, operational efficiency, and compliance across sales, aftersales, vehicle lifecycle, and connected‑car services. The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and experience working with automotive digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end system integration between OEM platforms and dealer systems (DMS, CRM, ERP, Aftersales), ensuring alignment with business processes (sales, inventory, aftersales, parts, and finance).
* Manage integration projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and delivery within scope and timeline.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications; maintain integration documentation and architecture.
* Oversee testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure data accuracy, system performance, and compliance with OEM standards and regulations.
* Support dealer onboarding, training, and ongoing issue resolution; act as the key liaison between dealers, IT teams, and vendors.
* Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, system performance, and data quality.
Requirements
* 3–7 years of experience in system integration, IT project management, or automotive IT.
* Strong knowledge of APIs, EDI, and data formats (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON); familiarity with DMS, ERP, and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
* Understanding of automotive business processes (sales, aftersales, warranty, parts).
* Proven project management skills with experience in cross-functional coordination (Agile or Waterfall).
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
