As a Business Analyst, you will: Translate business issues into effective improvement projects and programmes that deliver measurable benefits. Lead and deliver strategic improvement and change activities across functional disciplines and cross-business processes. Analyse and document existing business processes, identifying opportunities for redesign to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Champion service redesign and embed a business improvement culture across the organisation. Work closely with senior leaders, operational staff, and stakeholders to influence and implement sustainable change. What we're looking for: Degree-level education in a relevant field and professional accreditation in Business Analysis or similar. Experience in business or service analysis, including process mapping and redesign. Strong knowledge of business improvement techniques and change management approaches. Excellent analytical skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences.
