This position is essential for managing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and efficiently handling payroll and timesheet reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Produce timely monthly management accounts and financial reports Assist in budgeting and forecasting Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and manage costs Payroll Management Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing using IRIS Payroll Professional software, including handling pensions and statutory deductions. Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal teams and relevant authorities. Timesheet Reconciliation Reconcile monthly timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Work with HR and department managers to validate timesheet data. Align timesheet data with payroll for effective billing and cost tracking. Day-to-Day Finance Operations Prepare quarterly VAT returns and reconcile bank accounts monthly. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an accountant or in a senior finance role. Proficient with financial software like SAGE, CCH Practice Management, IRIS Payroll Professional, Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel.
