Full Time Equivalent Salary: £30,500 - £42,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and knowledgeable 2nd/3rd Line IT Technician to join our IT Department.
The 2nd/3rd Line IT Technician will provide advanced technical support and act as the senior escalation point for the IT Support team. The post holder will resolve complex incidents, support the school’s core systems, and work alongside the IT Systems Engineer to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. The role balances day-to-day escalated support with involvement in system maintenance and improvement projects.
