Role - Administrator
Location - Thame, Oxfordshire
Salary - £24,000 - £27,000 DOE
Contract - Full time, permanent - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30
Main Duties of Administrator -
* Handling inbound calls, directing them to appropriate staff, and welcoming visitors to the company premises
* Engaging with clients and colleagues via email and phone to maintain strong relationships
* Collaborating with the Warehouse and Office teams for smooth operations
* Managing daily tasks like generating dispatch labels from spreadsheets, handling orders, and tracking PODs
* Supporting team efforts in meeting deadlines for various projects and assisting Account Directors in project delivery
* Maintaining company stock records using Warehouse management systems
* Aiding the Transport Team by answering calls and assisting callers, drivers, depots, and customers
* Assisting with additional projects and adhoc tasks as needed, with flexibility to transition between tasks efficiently
Key Essentials of Administrator -
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
