Reports To: Head of Professional Risks / Account Director
Employment Type: Full-time/ Hybrid
The role involves providing specialist advice, placing cover with insurers, negotiating terms, and ensuring clients receive comprehensive risk and claims support. legal, construction, financial services, technology, consultancy).
Deliver high-quality advice on coverage, limits, excess structures, and policy wording.
Conduct renewal reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate risk solutions.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Stay informed of market trends, capacity changes, and emerging risks.
Claims Support
Assist clients with notification and management of PI claims.
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and legal representatives to ensure timely resolution.
Provide strategic claims guidance and advocacy for clients.
Strong understanding of policy wordings, exclusions, and endorsements.
