Home Manager role at Care UK. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Home Manager to join our vibrant and dedicated team at Hartwood.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and effective management for all staff employed in the home.
* Promote a caring environment delivered according to latest guidelines, best practice, legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policy.
* Maintain high level of satisfaction with the service and excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers and external agencies to build and maintain a positive reputation in the local community.
Qualifications
* 2-3+ years Home Manager experience.
* Experience caring for older people in a Residential and Dementia setting.
* Ability to control and manage a budget and accounts.
* Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
* Ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
