Job Role Work collaboratively with support staff and multi-disciplinary teams to create a nurturing learning environment. Build and foster strong relationships with pupils to support their learning development, well-being, independence and confidence. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with multi-disciplinary teams, including specialists and dedicated support staff. Promote positive outcomes and wider achievement, ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential.
