We are excited to announce a vacancy for an IT Support Analyst. As a valued member of our growing team, you will provide operational and technical support to colleagues across our six offices. Your role will involve managing service requests, investigating and resolving incidents, and escalating issues when necessary. As a primary point of contact, you will play a crucial role in keeping colleagues informed about the progression of incidents by collaborating with third-party suppliers and other IT team members. This position offers the opportunity to work at the highest appropriate level and gain exposure to all aspects of our IT infrastructure.
